You have messed this whole experience up so bad it has been unbelievable. And I paid for it! I finally had to have the neighbors move it into the house, and I having to juggle the installers alone Thanks for nothing.

I ordered a excel code bike in April 2021 and still haven’t received it. I wouldn’t buy anything from them.

Very limited contact except emails delivery delayed. Needs to be more contact. My order has not been delivered. Last I heard it was at a port somewhere. I am beginning to think this is a scam company. I am getting ready to file a complaint.
