Please have your manager or boss call me as I have now spent 2 days and no delivery on 1st day and wrong delivery and now a lost package today!! No one is even apologetic and such rude customer service by both Shipping company and HCI customer service!!

Gave up after several calls to fix my recumbent bike and no call backs from customer service! Terrible customer service!

You have messed this whole experience up so bad it has been unbelievable. And I paid for it! I finally had to have the neighbors move it into the house, and I having to juggle the installers alone Thanks for nothing.

I ordered a excel code bike in April 2021 and still haven’t received it. I wouldn’t buy anything from them.
