I ordered an eliptic bike. Delivery men were very nice but were not told that white glove delivery was not part of deal. Delivery took way too long for the cost. It is not easy getting on and off. I highly do not recommend you, your product and your service. Gail Niemetz

It shipped in a reasonable amount if time but lacked information and their customer service is almost nonexistent. I will not use them again.

There were a few issue with shipping but turned out ok

Had a technician come out figured out what the issue was. Then I was told by the technician that the place that sold it to me told him that I no longer wanted anything to do with Him or the healthcare international. I never said these things when I questioned the healthcare international rep he said it must’ve been somebody else a different Customer and indio. Very sketchy

Disappointed to purchase a free shipping item only to find a 79.00 fuel surcharge added. That’s not free shipping and shouldn’t be advertised as such.
