Physio Trainer CXT

I purchased this $1,500 cross trainer for seniors and when it arrived, found it much to small with very little range of motion. This might work okay for someone who is short, but if you are over 6' tall you will not get much of any benefit from using this machine.

Surprising that this expensive piece

Surprising that this expensive piece of gear is not rock solid stable, the center pole with screen wiggles and vibrates, makes a clunking noise, hand grips are poorly angled no upfront sufficiently sized shelf, no upfront drink holder and no need to be pushing an expensive add on in the arm rest option, screen side buttons need to be illuminated. All in all disappointed particularly for how expensive it is.

Curbside Delivery Was A Nightmare

I am a disabled senior citizen (68 years old) who order your recumbent cross-trainer. I live on a limited, fixed income and could not afford your white-glove delivery. When my equipment arrived I was given no warning to prepare for the delivery. The truck simply showed up and expected me to hop into “receipt mode.” After running around to scare people to help me, the delivery man informed me he could only leave it at the curb. It was a very large, heavy package that required several senior citizen neighbors to try to maneuver it to the 3d floor. Needless to say, it was a nightmare. If I had it to do over again, I would never have undertaken this. You would think that after I had just given HCI $2,000 in cash I would have received better treatment. Buyer beware. I do not recommend.
