Had a technician come out figured out what the issue was. Then I was told by the technician that the place that sold it to me told him that I no longer wanted anything to do with Him or the healthcare international. I never said these things when I questioned the healthcare international rep he said it must’ve been somebody else a different Customer and indio. Very sketchy

Disappointed to purchase a free shipping item only to find a 79.00 fuel surcharge added. That’s not free shipping and shouldn’t be advertised as such.

New out of the box and it is not working

I purchased this $1,500 cross trainer for seniors and when it arrived, found it much to small with very little range of motion. This might work okay for someone who is short, but if you are over 6' tall you will not get much of any benefit from using this machine.

Surprising that this expensive piece of gear is not rock solid stable, the center pole with screen wiggles and vibrates, makes a clunking noise, hand grips are poorly angled no upfront sufficiently sized shelf, no upfront drink holder and no need to be pushing an expensive add on in the arm rest option, screen side buttons need to be illuminated. All in all disappointed particularly for how expensive it is.
