First unit damaged in shipment. The one I finally received does not give me the percent each leg contributes. Not exactly what I thought I would be getting. It works but not the way I hoped

I ordered an eliptic bike. Delivery men were very nice but were not told that white glove delivery was not part of deal. Delivery took way too long for the cost. It is not easy getting on and off. I highly do not recommend you, your product and your service. Gail Niemetz

It shipped in a reasonable amount if time but lacked information and their customer service is almost nonexistent. I will not use them again.

There were a few issue with shipping but turned out ok
