Hci Fitness and Medical

The info says the one I ordered was good for people from 5’0 to 6’5. I couldn’t get it to fit me. I did figure out to just use the arms first, then the legs, other wise I would hit my knees on the machine. Oh well.

The delivery went find but it is still sitting in my garage. That is not helping me at all and I assume I am already paying for it! The 'setup' crew are not very prompt!

It was really hard to put it together and the seat is not comfortable for older people

When I was able to make phone contact the lady was nice and helpful as much as she could be. The delivery service was TERRIBLE! I never received my bike and was unable to contact them. I still have not received the bike the I ordered on May 15. Very poor service and no communication.

I was never notified shipment was on its way as promised. Was told you were sold out and wouldn’t get another shipment until end of June. What I received will not work. Was it a defective return that you sent me? Not a good start for such a pricey item. Greg is sending a new display to see if that will fix it.
