Reached out for customer support but have not heard back

Disappointed in its HR Monitor accuracy. Was off 10-40 bpm when checked against Polar 10 Chest HR monitor and Apple Watch. And for bike's price, foot pedal Velcro cloth straps should be sturdier (rubber, more like NuStep Recumbent machines).

Poor customer service. Someone needs to call me.
