I didn't receive my complete order....still waiting

I like the unit, but it didn’t come in a perfect condition. It got some dents and scratches. The buckle that is supposed to hold the bench broke also during transportation. For this price, I expected to get the unit in a better condition.

Still waiting for assistance from Brooks.

The machine is great. Delivery right on time. However Jeremy left some questions about “white glove service “ which I paid additional for. He did come. He did take it out of the box and gave some minimal instructions. Then he left. And later that day we discovered that the large pacing box and materials were left sitting outside by the house. I think that that was not good advertising for your company. Do you?
