Wish seat height was adjustable. Shipping service was good and it arrived in perfect condition.

Packaged very well. Just took longer than we expected. Set up fee for this machine is outrageously priced high.

The machine is very good --everything as promised in the ad and description. Quiet, smooth, readable and intuitive display. Personally, I wish the arm movement were not so short. That was something I overlooked when I made the purchase, so it is on me. There were supply-line problems which delayed delivery during the quarantine, yet the company stayed in touch with me, and gave updates as best they could. White glove delivery was successful, again, as promised. I would buy this machine again, and would work with this company again.

I actually love this recumbent bike, and here comes the but…the seat is just way to hard for me. My poor butt has a hard time setting on it any longer than 30 minutes at a time. Wish it had a jell filled seat….then it would be an absolutely perfect bike to exercise on indoors. Regardless I’m very happy I got mine. And yes I use a nice soft pillow to sit on. Lol.

Assembling bike took some time but instructions were clear and it went together as designed. It is solid and we fit in it well. I am still mastering the controls and would have preferred some that linked to my phone. However, I like it and am pleased with my purchase.
