Hala has been great. They shipped my Labor Day stuff right away and replaced gear when it didn’t show much with all the parts. Great customer service and an overall fantastic company.

Hala did great UPS not so much. The board was missing 2 screws.I called Hala and they shipped them out AIR Over night.That was great. Then UPS said they were "out for delivery . UPS said they would be delivered that day by 7;00 pm. They said that for FIVE DAYS STRAIGHT! I emailed Hala and they got the same response from UPS. Hala said if I did not get them that night contact them and they would send me another set of screws .They did not come and I contacted Hala and had screws in my hand two days later sent US post office. Thank you Halagear!!
