Hala boards are awesome and last. I bought a used board from a rental center and it is awesome. Customer service to get a new valve cap was excellent!

Hala has one of the best customer service departments of any company I’ve felt with. They are quick to answer questions, sent me the parts that were missing from my order, when I accidentally got 2 shark pumps they thanked me for my honesty and provided a return label. They were extremely polite and understanding. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Service was great, way beyond expectations

I emailedHala a couple of times with questions about their boards. The responses were prompt either the same day or next. Shipping was timely.

Paddle shipping was long and no tracking in canada. Box was in bad shape but paddle intact. Board arrived super fast!
