Overall I do like my purchase. I do however have some suggestions that I really think would improve the radio strap.

Really well made strap. The only issue is the edge of the strap is sharp and will cut into your neck. I have to reposition it often to prevent this, which is a bit annoying.

Order took a while to get here and the personalization was smaller than the picture showed. Overall the product is expensive, but is good quality and customer service was great.

Good product, however the SIX WEEK wait for an embroidered name on the strap was obsurd. And charging shipping for a $200 dollar product?!? At least roll it into the cost so we're fooled into thinking shipping is free, smh. Two small changes will make a lot of customers far more satisfied. Ty

Product is ok, wanted a strap I could put in extractor after fire. Was mislead on their website on shipping time. Custom orders take almost 2 months not 10-14 days
