I bought a radio strap with full kit, or so I thought, and the invoice even shows a quantity “1” by strap, radio holster and anti sway strap each individually, but then it turned out I’d paid $99 for just the holster and anti sway, and I did not receive the strap itself. Shopping was not fast and after it arrived I was told I had to buy the actual radio strap separately from the kit, since it had sold out. It had not been listed as sold out when I bought it however, and there had been no noticeable notification that it was not included in the full kit. All very confusing and caused a significant delay in getting my equipment, which I ended up getting from a different company. That said, H6 was nice about the return, and I appreciate that a lot.

Not very impressed for what it cost. I could have customized one for that kind of money. maybe i was just expecting to much but it isn’t a lot different than my buddies 40 amazon chinese one

Even though you have a window up 6 weeks. I had to email several time on status and email tracking. For that length I should’ve gone to another company and got a leather personalized strap for the same amount of time waiting

Metal dog clip on anti sway strap broke. Feels cheap. Replaced it with better quality clip. They said they would send me a new one, was never received (over 2 months). Strap is fine, no complaints with its functionality (other than the metal breaking).
