I ordered a strap that said was in stock, but wasn’t. There wasn’t any communication that it would take longer until I reached out. I figured they would offer a discount or something, nothing was done.

Great product! Poor shipping and logistics. Item was shipped FedEx second day delivery and it sat somewhere in FedEx possession for 5 days, including over a weekend. There is no excuse for poor delivery performance in 2025. H6 was somewhat helpful in helping to locate the items but it took a while for them to understand that I had the same tracking info that they did. For five days FedEx said the items were out for delivery which is the same information that H6 parroted back to me. Obviously it wasn’t out for delivery.

Have not received items yet

I like my leather radio strap better. I only used the H6 for one shift.

My cable keeper would be better if the Velcro tab was twice as long and better suited for the coiled cables on many of the radios.
