Wasn't happy with the packaging as it was very damaged

Please make it clear with expected delivery dates that the additional 10kg weights in the set will be delivered separately.

Feel like my money was good enough but sadly no respect for me as a customer.

Poor quality

The worst. Bought a ‘GTLN V2 Complete Home Gym Package’ in late April, built it in May and a part was bent so I was unable to build or use the product. I have emailed, tweeted, instagrammed and called for almost 2 months without any response or resolution. The ‘GTLN portable expandable roller’ was also missing. GTLN have taken £1,129.99 from me and provided a product that I can’t use - I’ve literally been robbed.
