Have tried to contact 4 times regarding a missing order and still no reply a week later

Worst experience I have experienced. I will never buy from you again, and I’ll post my feedback so people don’t buy from such poor quality company.

Faulty product. No answer from customer service.

Apparent one of the 3 packages that make up my order was returned to GTLN by DPD but no explanation was given to me and it was not sent again. So very unhappy
