I am so unsatisfied with this company. My 9 year old daughter ordered the gym without my permission and not even an hour later I tried to cancel the order but was never able to speak to anyone. I sent 3 or 4 emails and left numerous messages, because noone answers the phone, and noone has yet to call me back.

I don’t think you want me to review. I bought things before Christmas that I still have not received but have been charged for. I keep sending messages and calling and that gives me absolutely nothing since no one calls back ever. I am just waiting for my credit card statement to be able to call the better business bureau and report this.

Order for all 3 kids for christmas presents. I had know way of knowing they wouldnt fit what i thought was a standard door jam. No indication during purchase at all. Tried putting up christmas day and kids couldnt play on them. I have now ordered the extentions. Hopefully the kids will be able to use before christmas break is over. Very upsetting!!

My order was missing the main bar even though I ordered it and paid for it abd I did the friend referral and have not gotten any money back and neither has my friend I’m quite disappointed right now especially cause it was supposed to be from Santa and y’all messed that all up for my child this Christmas booooo!!! Hopefully After Christmas y’all might make it right I can only hope.

So Apparently the one unit was already put together...
