Still have not received...

I received the product and the box was opened with pieces falling out, the UPS driver didn't leave the package with me and took it back for return. I have called several times and sent an email and have not heard back from the company.

Order was placed on 10/3, it never shipped. E-mailed to question the status on 10/14, no response. Had to E-mail again on the 20th to finally get the order shipped.

Obtaining good customer service was difficult. My product was supposed to arrive with in 3-5 business days. I did not get it within that time frame. I did not receive a tracking number to track my package. I messaged customer service and the only response I got was that my email had been transferred to management who will get back to me shortly. Management did not get back to me accordingly. I had no idea where my package was or if I would even get it. No one was emailing me back with answers. I was beginning to think I got scammed. I called customer service and even they couldn't track my package after two weeks and said there is nothing I can do but wait for a response. My package however did arrive at my doorstep. No one rang my bell. It was just left on the steps for god knows how long. Luckily it wasn't stolen. Packaging was unimpressive. The pieces were just in a big brown box. I have yet to determine if all the pieces are there and see if it works properly. Customer service was horrible.
