First, they forgot to process our order and didn't even ship it. Then, it arrived missing pieces. Now, we're still waiting on the missing pieces and haven't even gotten confirmation it's shipped so it's still unused.

The directions are somewhat difficult to follow and the bolts don't always fit in very well without a struggle. I can't tell how sturdy it is though because our doorways are too small. We thought about ordering the smaller bar but I'm not sure I'd be able to get it back apart to switch to the shorter bar. This cure to the quarantine blues was a fail for us.

I wrote this upon receiving my order but have not heard back anything: hi there. I received my order only to find one bracket. The website says this comes as a pair. image.png Please send me another grip bracket or refund me half of my order. I would appreciate a quick follow up on this. Thank you!
