Had it shipped to one of the shipping locations in Toronto. Drove all the way down after I was told it was ready for pickup, it took them over an hour to find it.

Toujours pas reçu le remboursement pour le retour d'une belt. J'ai envoyé plusieurs courriels à Marieve Ste-Marie depuis juin 2022.

Shipping was slow in my opinion as I had ordered the item 3 weeks before my spouse's birthday and it arrived afterwards. Considering that I live about 3 hours away from the warehouse lol it's pretty bad. Furthermore I received a duplicate item, meaning two rowerg in this case and if I could of kept the second one, I would of been very happy but having to deal with printing a shipping label at work, then constantly putting the big box outside in the morning and back inside at night since the delivery service didn't pick up the item until another couple of weeks after Gorilla had told me.... was a pain and really was not a professional look for Gorilla.

Probablement une des pires expériences de service à la clientèle que j’ai pu vivre. Dommage que le service ne soit pas à la hauteur du prix de ce qui est vendu. Surtout quand on se force pour encourager une compagnie locale.

Long wait for a tight faded colour shirt and to not receive the other. False advertisement.
