Great products from a Quebec company, some improvements possible on business processes

The products are really good and it is a Quebec company: that's why you come to Gorila. On the other hand, the follow up once you placed an order on the website is lacking (I.T. mistake on the Web-ERP-Integration side of things). Inventory/purchasing is not optimal: I'm still waiting for a shirt 2 months after ordering.

Overall, my experience has been OK (but not great). Web site can be problematic. Videos need work. I would order more equipment but your 'order timelines' are too long. 3-4 weeks would be acceptable but 10 weeks for some items is far too long!

Très bonne qualité. Très cher en fonction de la demande vs les possibilités sur le marché actuellement. Aussi, aucun programme de fidélisation de clientèle. Je suis une cliente qui a fait plusieurs achat, on me relance constament avec des courriels pour racheter mais jamais d'incitation ; 10%-15% de rabais. La compétition le fait. C'est à considérer et l'expérience client serait sans doute meilleure.

I expected some longer lead

I expected some longer lead times for delivery but I’m now two months past the originally declared date with another two months to go based on their last communication. Gorilla either sold me something that didn’t exist at the time or sold half my order while waiting on another item in the order. They haven’t communicated well during the wait but I will keep waiting nonetheless. Even if it’s a matter of putting a automailer together for those waiting to assure them they haven’t been forgotten. To date I have initiated the emails and responses tend to be slow and unhelpful.
