The delivery date was postponed about five days. It took a long time to get to me. The jacket itself looks nice on me. But it’s a little big. Is there anything I can do?

Disappointed with these insoles. They never fully charge - even when the charging light is blue and have been plugged in for a day using the provided charger, they’re only at 86%. I keep them at the lowest setting and they’re dead within two hours. The Bluetooth app is pretty useless - you can only adjust the temp, not power them on or off, so the only way to turn them off to save battery is to take your shoes off which is not super convenient. I will say that at they’re highest setting, they’re very warm. However, at the highest setting, they only last about 15 minutes. I was gifted a pair of Fieldsheer gloves recently, which work OK enough, so I thought these would be a good investment. Unfortunately these insoles are just not worth the money.
