The customer service was fabulous. I messed up the shipping addresses and they sorted it all out. That was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service.

I have enjoyed the Mobile Warming Shirt at the end of the Winter season in the state of Washington, an look forward to trying the heated pants that arrived on a later order for keeping me warm when I am on my routine exercise walking routes in the four hills of the Cascade Mountain range. I am not sure whether there was enough extra line installed at manufacturing from the battery pocket to the wifi/ blue tooth button pressed to engage the the 4 heating selections, especially after the first washing of the garment when shrinking... Other than this, I tried to register the tags for warranty that did not correspond with me... TheRealInternetMan😎
