Great item Only wish heat would last longer on high setting One pair had a defective battery but was returned for new pair Have given three pairs as gifts here in Montana Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing and ranch work

New batteries were shipped quickly and service person was very helpful. Five stars if gloves were designed so batteries couldn't fall out.

My wife got me Fieldsheer gloves for xmas. They were nice but didn't work for skiing. didn't get warm enough nor last long enough. Once heat was turned off I had to remove batteries to restart them. After several emails with a costumer service rep named Matty we concluded that I needed the Slopestlyle model and Matty, who was very patient, helped me get the upgrade; thank you Matty! I skied once so far and think I have found a good glove! Things I might consider to improve them: the original pair's batteries had lights indicating charge level, I liked that. Those batteries were larger but only 1 per glove. I would pay more to have 2 larger batteries per glove and then maybe I would have a glove that worked for a day of cold,high altitude Colorado skiing!
