Until hell freezes over

The first thing that you need to do to improve the customer experience is to MAKE A PRODUCT THAT WORKS. I made the mistake of ordering 2 pairs of heated socks. VERY BIG MISTAKE. The remote does not work. I received a fresh pair of batteries and remote SAME PROBLEM. The next best thing to improve the customer experience is to give a full refund but I don't think that is going to happen until HELL FREEZES OVER.

Unknowledgeable

I called customer service as my jacket was purchased from 2017, needed a new battery pack. Lady on phone said I cannot help you. Few minutes later directed me to this website. Ended not being the correct connection for the jacket. Ended up paying 12$ (out of my own pocket) to send it back. I shouldn't have to pay a return fee for someone who directed me incorrectly. Refund took over 5 weeks to recieve back. Needless to say my heated jacket still has no battery pack, and have no clue how to find a replacement battery. Waste of time and money.

The batteries don't always work.

The batteries don't always work. Kinda hit and miss. 2 batteries for $70 should work perfectly!!

Gloves don’t work

They don’t work. Trying to return them or have them replaced. They light up but the gloves don’t heat up.
