I was excited how well the warming socks worked that I purchased their premium mobile insoles. To my disappointment, these expensive premium mobile insoles failed to work out of its package. I also received the worst customer service via email and phone, it was actually useless contacting them. When I called for a replacement they were out of stock, and recommended to call again even though they didn’t even know when they would be in stock again. Overall, I am very disappointed that I have yet to use these expensive insoles to keep me warm this winter, highly dissatisfied to spend ~$150 for a malfunctioning product with no replacement in sight.

Too expensive to return if you get the wrong size. Cost me $30 to send back the wrong size vest.

Wrong product was shipped, I cannot use it and they will not take it back.

I couldn’t get them to work. I don’t need socks that don’t do what they’re supposed to. I threw them out.

Hard to set up on mobile app. Fully charged and best did great. Once turned off will not come on again. Gloves - have had on high for hour - barely feel heat. Show shoes - on high and feel no warmth. Hope to return for refund!
