18 weeks sweet spot. I started with an FTP of 240, brought it up to 265. This s$!t works.
Follow the plan, especially the rest days and regeneration weeks. You will be surprised at the power your putting out. I followed this plan up with climbing intervals. Ten minute power was 295 watts. I was stoked. Frank and the team are all helpful, and quick to respond. Keep up the good work!
