FasCat Rocks!
I just finished the SBT GRVL race on the blue coarse with a 6 week coaching plan from FasCat! The plan was the perfect balance of high intensity workouts during the week mixed with long endurance training rides on the weekends. It included adequate recovery rides and two rest days per week. The training plan had me in the most fit and race ready condition that I have experienced during my three years of racing on gravel and dirt! I will be using FasCat training for future races!
