I found I feel better
I found I feel better when I ate the food from this meal plan. Following this plan as well as my other cycling training plan has made me leaner and more muscular looking than I've been in a long time. This was for sure a step up compared to what I ate before in terms of healthiness. I enjoyed knowing there was a plan for every meal and snack as that freed up time for me to focus on other things.
I should add that I did not always eat what was on the plan because we sometimes found it too repetitive. However, I see how that makes the meal prep and shopping simpler. All in all, I'm really glad I tried it and would recommend it to others whole heartedly.
