I adhered to the golden rule (to FTFP) as much as I could and the results were there. I have pretty much broken every PR I had in the area, some going back 9 years! Couldn't be happier with the results. Next I am going to work towards not just finishing in the spring crit races but not getting lapped along the way. So you can tell I am no superior athlete and yet the plan dramatically improved my performance.

Overall, the FasCat program is the best remote coaching service I have used. Most importantly, the plans themselves are really good. If you do them, the results will come. Beyond that, the community is excellent. Frank is very hands on and great at communicating with all his athletes regardless of if they're elite athletes in a one on one or some Joe Schmo buying plans ala carte like myself. They have a great community forum that provides thoughtful answers, quickly and the other coaches are quite acrtive and communicative as well. Finally, the integration of meal plans designed specifically for the training plan you're on just takes all the guesswork out of it. It's so easy; ride this, eat that, win bike races. Sold. If I were to compare it to other remote plans, the closest would be Trainer Road, which I also like and think they do a great job as well btw. The difference is, FasCat is a little less polish, a little more performance. Frank's program is not afraid to drop the hammer and make you "cry in the dojo" as they say. I never puked on a TR workout. The same cannot be said of FasCat... (I love it!)
