Big fas cat fan. Been a coaching customer since 2015 when I started doing some big events and now am a consistent racer, and training is a big part of my fitness, social life, and stress relief. Coach Jake provides the right mix of deep professional expertise and friendly commentary and support, and I’m now one of those guys my younger friends aspire to be when they are my “masters” age. Also, live to get more thinking form the FasCat podcasts and forums…reinforcing the plan and thinking.
