I am a master racer getting back into racing. I Just finished this year off doing the 18 week sweet spot traing and 6 week interval training that FasCat had. I find that the FasCat training plans are well developed, balanced and truly help develop you to achieve your full potential. I gain a lot of information from the Pod-cast that Frank and the coaches put on. I am looking forward to starting the new 30 week off season plan. Franks straight forward and clear approach to training is enjoyable. Tom Cole

Excellent plan to follow after A race. It kept me energized and excited to maintain my fitness.

FasCat has navigated me through a complex process of race preparation. I started a different program and realized wanting something more so I switched after 2 months. I am so happy I did. I initially interested in FasCat due to their huge knowledge base and dedication to gravel racing which I didn't see often. I went from SS 16 to Climbing Interval to Gravel Hilly. Monthly coaching subscription was the best thing I did above all the products or parts upgrades I have spent money for the race. Coach Lacey had led me the way and rescued me often from overtraining or undertraining. More often from overtraining since I am a master athlete. Overall I am so happy with FasCat coaching and where they led me. My FTP improved from 165 to 174 after SS 16. Not too bad for someone who weights 50kg and first time seriously training in 10 years. Unfortunately my A race (TransRockies Gravel Royal- 4 day stage race) got cancelled 48 hrs before the race so I never found out how all these training have worked out but I am sure I would have done pretty good. I just have to find out next year.
