32 week programme

32 week programme - this is the first time I have followed a training plan and I have found it has significantly improved my cycling endurance and event preparedness. The programme was challenging and focused. I really liked the way it linked in to Zwift which made the process very simple. It was also good to know what the next training session was as it prepared me for the next day. Good work and looking forward to the update. Regards Dennis

Coach Allie = Game Changer

I can't say enough good things about Coach Allie. She's dedicated, thoughtful and truly wants the best for her athletes. Plus, she breaks down ideas and explains the motivations behind things. With her plans, I've gotten faster, dropped 58 seconds off my PR (on our local hill climb) and fallen in love with training. Don't even mind a little crying in the dojo ;) Thanks for keeping me motivated and progressing forward.
