I am not sure if I have ever received such excellent customer service. I had a small tear in the pocket of my Torrid jacket. When I called customer service, I was immediately told to send it in and received the label to do so. After receiving the jacket I was told I would receive a new jacket as it could not be properly repaired. They even let me change the color and weight of the materials i chose for the jacket. They placed a rush on the project so I would get it in time for a planned vacation. What an amazing company with staff that care and a belief in the quality of their product.

Your kindness and mercy to get my wife back into her Convert Quilt after the other burned up in our house fire is greatly appreciated

I have owned 2 quilts from EE now, regular Revo my wife now uses and large Revo for myself. She struggles to get quilts to work with her wide sleeping pad and often gets cold from drafts. My revo has been perfect for either pad or hammock sleeping, and I have found the temperature capability to be far wider than any sleeping bag. The weight and packability have been huge upgrades so my quilt now comes on every trip regardless of conditions. Build quality, included accessories, and care instructions are top notch and I have been impressed with the customer service as well.
