Despite the "Ships in 2-4weeks" statement during my order, 7 weeks passed, and my quilt had not been shipped yet, and I had to purchase another quilt from another brand. This is my first and last order from the EE.

I have been waiting for a response from customer service regarding QA/QC issue on the insulated pants. The belt that was sent was at least 6” shorter than it should have been. Please respond to my open request.
