Good products, but terrible customer service
I purchased two quilts. 50 and 20 degree and a rain jacket. I took 20 degree to bwca i early spring and it didn’t perform even close to 20 degree rating. Despite me using a Fourseason Thermorest pad, full belly of food and long underwear top and bottom. I worked as a canoe and kayak guide so I know how to stay warm on cold nights.
I made many attempts to speak with customer service. Initially they responded, but then the conversation went dark. I literally have left at least 10 messages with no call back or respond to my emails. Not sure what that’s about.
Additionally, their quilts cannot be re-stuffed later once the down over time, loses its loft despite proper laundering.

Honestly, I would not buy any sleeping bag or quilt from any place that can’t replace or add additional down at later times
I had a western mountain Sleeping bag for 20 years and had it restuffed three times for a minimal charge.
