I'm sad to say but this wasn't OK. I've ordered the quilt 12 days ago. It was an stock option although I wanted customize something but time was of the essence. I'm from Europe and the best way to order things from US is when our friends are visiting because custom and shipping costs are enormous. So my friend is returning to Europe today and the Quilt hasn't come yet. It says you will send the order within 3 business days but you've sent it after 8, and only after I wrote to you. And now I have to wait until July to get it and of course, I was looking forward using it during spring hikes.

One star for replying quick, other for good products, but thats about it. I practically talk a lot of EE SoMe, and use the product I bought every week.. But apparently EE as a company, only wants me as customer, and free videoes work of me mentioning their products. So that means i should talk less about them. For us content creators need to be more aware, of our partners and we recomending outdoors products all the time. Even though I have 30 years of exp outdoors, and been doing detail sales for years. Affilation or Partnership with EE dont exist, and I will surely will remember this the next coming videos, since alot can be said on specific product they have too, not only pros

Quilt is not 10 degree as stated. Sent wrong quilt??? I was sent a mens windbreaker when I ordered a womens. Windbreaker is useless layer. Don’t waste your money.

I have been waiting a few months for my order. I reached out to enlightenment, but I have not heard back from them. Like to know where the order is

Your long, long lead time is pushing your market share to other companies. There are just too many other options now, I would step up production on all custom items.
