Enlightened Equipment

You are the only company I found that is offering customized jackets and quilts. It would be really nice to have a jacket that fits my long arms and I was hoping to find someone who would cut two arms 3 inches longer than the standard size to fit my needs, it doesn't sound too difficult.

Lol ask me when I actually get the item I ordered 11/16/22. I was given a lead time of 8-10 weeks. When that lead time came and went 4 weeks ago, no one reached out to me to give me an update. But you did send me marketing emails every other day for three months so I know you know how to reach me.

Today I asked if I could get an update on my order 209623. It was due to ship between 2-23 and 2-27. I just received a reply that you are running 1 to 2 weeks behind schedule. I wonder if I would have been notified of the delay if I had not requested the update today.
