If you order a custom bag, be sure you have at least two months before you need to use it.

I am not getting any responses to my concerns about the color of my last 2 order. I resent one of my questions 3 times and still have not gotten any response.

It's rather disappointing when you purchase a piece of equipment from a "cottage" company assuming if there is an issue they will at least be able to help you fix the problem... unfortunately without the option to repair my quilt I write this review feeling like I wish I would have bought it from a store like REI.

I was happy with the quick response by your team; however, I was very disappointed the customer service representative did not know the code that was sent to us (WASHONEONUS15) was different than the possible valid code (WASH1ONUS15). I was frustrated with the conflicting information and did not order the quilt because I didn't want to keep trying codes that "might" work.
