Overall satisfied with my recent warranty repair for a button. Even though the remedy was Tenacious Tape for a quality issue, it’s professional and will work. I understand it would have been a more major repair or replacement to have it 100%. Thanks for the support EE! Keep up the good work!

Took longer to ship than advertised

Been waiting for gear I’ll let you know when I receive my gear. Once I test it out I’ll resubmit this

I love the gear, but latest interaction when I bought an in-stock quilt has been weak. Slow delivery that didn’t meet advertised in-stock timing. Whole reason I bought in-stock was for the quick turnaround. If in-stock delays were communicated, I would probably have made a custom purchase instead.
