Customer service has always been fantastic, and I've loved every product. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the struggle to get a new Visp Rain Jacket. Hasn't been available for close to a year or more now. Still love the company and the gear.

A response to my order with exact details of my custom order would have been nice.

Purchased a Torrid jacket. Overall happy with it. Only complaint is that it it cut too small in the hip area. Makes layering difficult. Can’t imagine what it would be like if I was heavy.

The layout on the website was fairly straightforward but I found it difficult to find information on how some of the products varied (between some of your quilts). Right before placing an order, I had aske a question & received a very vague answer that didn’t help much so I never went back to ask the questions I had about the quilts. Though I haven’t had time to revisit the site since placing my order for my Apex Torrid Jacket, I am curious how I’ll be able to track my jacket’s progress since they said I wouldn’t receive it for 10 weeks. I know how these surveys work so I didn’t want to score poorly though I felt like some constructive criticism may help. Thanks.

Would be a 5 star but still awaiting Visp jacket to come back in stock.
