Very happy with the customer service getting my quilt ready to go in time for my trip. It was a last minute decision to upgrade to a quilt to save weight for a March backpacking trip in the Ozarks. They were able to get it built in time and adjusted the shipping to ship to a post office to ensure I would be able to get it in time. I am looking forward to picking up the quilt and I'm sure it will live up to its hype.
