Customer service review

I was concerned about purchases done on line, not knowing the supplier or manufacture. When I did not receive my order after 2 months, I hit the panic button. However after contacting Enlightened equipment, and their response time assures me that I was not being taken and that quality takes time.

I’ll be ordering again soon

Amazing quilt and jacket, super helpful customer service and super fast to respond to all my questions. Couldn’t be happier with everything.

Awesome products and awesome customer service!!!!

I had bought a Torrid full zip coat/ jacket. I hadn't worn it and needed to return/ exchange it due to size issues. Even though EE could have easily declined to help me due to their policy they stepped up and knocked it out of the park, allowing me to exchange. Currently I'm waiting on my custom Torrid but I will say the material (10D) is super soft and the jacket is unbelievably light. I cannot wait to get my Torrid jacket and pants to try them out. I highly recommend Enlightened Equipment! Thanks EE!!!

Fluffy, Warm, Light, Versatile

Bought our second bag, this one for my 70yr old mom. Weight and warmth is everything! My only feedback is company needs UL compression bags instead of drawstring bags!! These bags are fluffy. See photo, getting that bag in a UL pack takes SERIOUS compression!!!

Great initial impression

Haven't had a nights sleep in it yet, but I'll share my initial impressions. After a few years with an older Enigma 10 in the standard width, I decided to give the 0 a shot and went for the wide in order to keep out the drafts, and the 10d for a little extra durability. Fabric feels quite durable and the difference between the current overstuffed standard and the older bags has me feeling like this is going to be quite a bit warmer than my trusty ol' enigma 10. Looking forward to putting it to use on some ski traverses and early season trips in the Cascades.
