Good service, but didn't respond to a query about adapting an existing charger with a 5.5 mm plug to the no-spark plug. I was able to figure things out, though. Blue=Black, Brown=Red.

Good service. But left one of my support emails unanswered when the product didn't show up on the original shipping date. Left me in limbo but everything worked out in the end

Support has been very responsive
Support has been very responsive to an out of the box issue but still working on resolving problem. Really wish it would be possible to just be able to pick up the phone and talk with someone in support instead of emailing, texting or setting up a consult.
