Ordering process difficult the second time around. Shipping and packaging…great. Technical support is sorely lacking. I have emailed some very specific questions and these questions have not been answered. I will probably seek another vendor in the future.

I don't know what to extrapolate from the abject non inclusion of clarifying criteria necessary to establish and define safe operating parameters and supply the end user the foundation for responsible custodianship. It falls far short of standards set by competing suppliers that I've sourced from on previous builds. Very disappointing.

For all the damage caused by faulty wiring problems, t1-4 cable and bin loader and the the ruined controllers these caused I never received so much as an apology let alone some offer to make it right.
