Not great! I’m still waiting for my return confirmation…

Shipping was much faster than expected. However, I was disappointed to never receive confirmation of my order or a receipt. I had to email customer service to ensure that the order went through. Customer service responded but I still never received a receipt or shipping information.

bars came, never sent a confirm/receipt email or anything. . . i had to call to have them send me a "screenshot" of it. . . something to fix/address on your end. . . further the receipt is from "fox" so that could be misleading for folks not in tune with bike industry or how distribution works,etc.

Shipped quickly, good internet service. Tried to call and got several no answers. Probably short of help :)

The cinch spider I ordered showed up with a bent arm, making the chainrings run untrue! Went back to the cinch one piece chainrings for now.
