Easton Cycling - US

My product never arrived. After 2+ weeks I looked at the shipping progress and it says the label was created over 2 weeks ago. I guess they never shipped it. Time to cancel the order and go elsewhere. What a waste of time for something I desperately needed.

I asked for a Return Request form for the EA90 stem, and one week later all I got was crickets.....

Title says it all. Can't believe it takes this long to get just a pawls and springs set

Poor local bike shop support. Required me to purchase $40 worth of Easton product at full price to sell in the shop for 0% margin all because I needed $10 worth of (proprietary) spokes and nipples for a customer. Then spammed me with multiple e-mails asking how the service was.
