Cup keeps coffee very hot for a long time. Lid is horrible. You need a design change that is user friendly. Struggling with a lid and hot coffee is a bad idea and dangerous.

The bail locks on this growler are VERY difficult to open completely to allow removal of the cap. They also do not align properly with the slots in the cap and I am hoping this does not cause any compromise of the cap or seal with repeated use over time. My previously purchased 128 oz growler has neither of these flaws - guess that's why this one was on sale.
