Problems with shipping and delivery

overpriced as it cost almost $15 for just a lid

I ordered both the standard and closing lids to replace the original ones that I've managed to lose for both of my drinktanks. The standard one has been a revelation. A clear insulated upgrade from the original. The closing one (which also cost more) has been a disappointment. It feels cheap and the closing mechanism is very stiff. In retrospect I wish I had ordered two of the regular insulated covers instead.

I bought a kickstarter from you YEARS ago for a carbonation system in a giant 128oz growler.
