Never got my items!

The shipping costs for a $19 T-shirt was $13. That’s absolute insanity especially when everyone seems to be struggling these days.

The item we received is too big and I need instructions on how to exchange including shipping address. The person I communicated with is not responding. Please provide the instructions.

I didn’t receive all the items of my purchase

Someone stuffed three shirts into a very small and thin cheap plastic envelope. No perforation, no way to open it except for cutting it with scissors. Accidentally cut the shirt while doing it.
